Volume steps

The volume steps are far too large. A single volume increase can go from too soft to too loud, which makes it impossivle to get the volume you want. I rarely have to listen above 5. Volume steps need to be decreased at least by half to be able to fine tune the volume, or ideally be even more gradual with each step change. Currently the step changes are way too drastic.
