Thin breakable nails

I need help, I want to grow out my nails, but I can never seem to get them to grow. They always break or peel. My nails are very thin, and bend, they peel and I’ve tried everything. I do not have dry hands, or dry nails. I oil them, I try nail strengtheners, but nothing works. The moment they start getting long, they rip. I can’t even type on my laptop without them bending, they are that fragile. Idk what to do
