Shocking no chance to rewrite exam 3

I received a surprising and disappointing email this morning. Last week I wrote exam 3 for the first time and I failed it. At that time, I was told that I would be able to do a rewrite. I never received any email from the company after that. There was never any invite sent to me or any instructions to redo exam 3.

I just received an email from them telling me that since I failed exam three and I didn’t rewrite it in the allotted time, I am being offloaded. I don’t know what happened here, but I was preparing to rewrite my second chance test. So upsetting. I’ve written to them, but I’m not expecting miracles. Somehow this just seems so unfair.
