Procreate won’t close?

I’m having this weird bug with pro create where I’m literally unable to leave the app. Even if I swipe up, force close the app, try to move procreate to side view, power off an on my iPad and turn it back on, or try to enter another app by clicking a notification it just won’t exit the app. When I press and hold the power and volume button the restart screen doesn’t even pop up. Does anyone know how to fix this? I feel like my only option whenever this happens is to just wait for the iPad to die.

This bug normally happens when I try to name an art work and my keyboard won’t pop up. All other features on procreate work just fine when this happens (I can still draw).
