Sexual advice post LLETZ

I had my LLETZ procedure 10 days ago and have been getting watery discharge, no smells, everything feeling fine. I’m due on my monthly and so really been feeling extra horny.

I know we can’t have intercourse, but I’m worried I did something stupid. I was really in the moment with partner and we did genital to genital grinding no barrier. I’m now worried even this could cause an infection between him and me. I’ve washed in a shower and urinated after and I’m annoyed I let it get that far but felt so right at the time. In the moment I thought if this wasn’t allowed the docs would say but it just says inserting anything in.

Any guidance would be great, should I let my doctor know what I did?
