Does Bill Cipher really scale THAT high?

My biggest problem with his scaling is that he lies, that's kinda his whole thing, he's a manipulator and a trickster, so I really don't buy anything that comes out of the BoB or the in-character reddit AMAs.

And outside of what could easily be Bill just lying out his ass, I only really found Time Baby saying the rift would tear apart existence and him beating the Shacktron, a robot powered by the portal, the thing that caused said rift and shook the entire nightmare realm when turned on.

Problem with that is, dimensions in gravity falls clearly don't transcend eachother or anything like that. 2 dimensional beings nearly killed Ford, and the 7 to 11 dimensional aliens that came to earth died on impact with the 3 dimensional planet. So the GF multiverse clearly doesn't scale THAT high.

And the nightmare realm has no laws of physics or dimensions at all, it's literally called dimension 0, shaking it would scale nowhere.

I do still think Bill is crazy strong, destroying 'the fabric of existence' is extremely vague, but Time Baby did show a galaxy being torn apart, followed by the darkness around that galaxy being ripped apart as well. So I think High Universal is fine, and while he has clear control over time, again, dimensions aren't inherently 'above' eachother in the GF cosmology, so controlling the 4th shouldn't increase his scaling. And with Bill's large variety of abilities and the fact that High Universal is still above the vast majority of fiction he still solos most verse and characters, so it doesn't really matter imo.

Please tell me if there's anything I'm missing or if Bill's crazy scaling does rely fully on the statements of a known liar, thanks.
