Portable Dishwasher Pipe Extension

Hello! I just bought a portable dishwasher that I'd like to permanently keep somewhere, however it turns out that the pipe is not long enough. I was looking to extend these pipes using some couplings and hose clamps but I can't figure out how to take off these clamp... things? on the end.

What are they called, and how can I remove them?
