Mini PC for plex

Hi all. I’ve recently started using plex, and I want a dedicated PC for everything too live on, where the server sits, a PC that’s always on and running and a central hub for the server so I can stream everything on the go. What’s the best, cheap mini-PC out there from others experience? More then happy to buy second hand, also happy to buy new, just want it to be affordable really Cheers!
