Man I’m having an annoying d-pad issue! (video)

If you move the dpad from left to right or right to left quickly enough, it doesn’t register. Is anyone else having this issue? Once you let go of the direction and press it again, it works. This is hella annoying when you are playing a game that requires quick movements. Anyone have any idea if this could be software or hardware related? And is there anyone that could try to replicate this problem on a game and see if that gives them issues? It seems to be dpad only for me.
