How donI render and plaster this area?

Hi all. I have some damp coming through the wall so intend on hacking off, apply render with silka and multi finish once all dry.

I've some experience in plastering but more of a DIY plasterer than qualified. I don't really want to take the radiator off but may have to. Is there any small type of trowel available that can be used for a tight area like this, rather then take the trunking off and move the copper pipes out of the way. I'm afraid I'll end up with a leak and will have to call out a plumber.
