Hello! Is there anything I can do to save this piercing?

I woke up this morning to my belly button piercing looking like this! This is my second time getting it done the first time it got caught and ripped out so the skin it’s pierced under was most likely scar tissue but it’s been about 3 months and I’ve had no issue it’s been healing well I’m doing everything right and then boom today it looks like this and I really don’t want to take it out it’s my dream piercing. Please help me let me know what do to!
