Why do my piercings close so easily?

Out of all my piercings my belly and nose tends to fall out without me noticing at work sometimes however I’ve had my belly and nose pierced since 2020 and both sides of my nose repierced (because they closed after a few hours) and I was wondering why only after a span of a hour my piercings seem to start to close it’s so annoying
