My progress since July
I have been on phentermine since July 6. I was on 15mg until November then I was put on 30mg. I went on vacation in October for 3 weeks and did not watch calories at all. December was a tough month for me I lost my mom and holidays etc. I am so surprised at the progress even with those speed bumps.
