I hate the gym

Hello ladies. I’ve been lifting weights for the last year and a half. Put on a decent amount of muscle and am in pretty good shape. Unfortunately the last few months I have started to absolutely despise the gym. I work full time and have a long commute. It’s dark when I leave and dark when I get home. I don’t want to lose my progress and actually don’t dislike excercise or lifting at all, I am just so tired of the noise, chaos, and business at the facilities. I’m afraid of losing my muscle so I’m resistant to stopping lifting but at this point it’s just not something I enjoy. Have any of you ladies started working out at home and successfully kept your progress?
