Advice on a stray?

I hope this is the right sub, if not please just let me know where to post. The story is: yesterday I found a dog on my front porch, she was incredibly skinny but also very very friendly. She jumped into my arms when I knelt down to try and get a decent look at her. We are expecting a very hard freeze tomorrow, so I’m glad she came when she did, but the problem lies with the rest of the place. I have 4 other dogs (one of whom I’m also trying to find a home for) and while there haven’t been any incidents, I worry that they’ll start something with each other while my back is turned. I’ve been keeping the stray in a separate room as much as I can, but it feels unfair to keep her cooped up, especially when she cries. I got maybe 3 hours of sleep last night, because I was just kept awake listening for her to get into something or for a fight to break out somehow (it never did obv). I couldn’t just let her freeze outside, and I don’t want to put her into a kill shelter, which are unfortunately abundant around here. Would it be best to keep her until the weather gets better and then find her a shelter or to call around and see if any have space available before the roads become un-drivable?
