HELP

hi guys, so, lately I've been facing problems with restarts, my PC sometimes restarts by itself, but the funny thing is that it only happens specifically with games from the epic games launcher.
I bought blasphemous from epic games these days and it just restarts by itself

then my mother board led starts flashing red
