Possibly dumb newbie question about my bow

Hey everyone, I’m new to PoE with 2 and I have a potentially dumb question but I can’t figure it out and I don’t know how to use chat on my Steam Deck haha. I was playing my rogue yesterday and then for some reason, my R1 bow attack just got unbound from my hotbar and I can’t figure out how to get it back. I have the stats to wield my bow, but my quiver says “You cannot use the item. Its stats will be ignored.” It requires level 4 and I’m level 10, so I don’t think it’s that. Do I have finite arrows? If anyone might know what’s going on, I’d really appreciate it! Thanks!

Edit: I had a crossbow equipped as a secondary weapon and when I unequipped it, my bow attack came back. I’m not sure why though, as it has been working no problem before and my crossbow added 6 to my dex which was already high enough for the bow
