I've reached end game, what should I be doing?

I'm a bit lost, the game asks me to do maps, but I think just doing maps mindlessly is a bit stupid, I imagine I should be trying to get 75% resist in everything, but besides that Idk exactly what I should be looking for, is there a guide anywere explaining what to do? I still haven't gotten my 3rd ascendency yet, is there a wait to farm for Djinn Baryas?
