Sore nipples ruined my life

I get sore nipples from almost anything. Low dose testosterone—> sore nipples HCG alone —> Sore nipples Test + hcg + letrozole —> Sore nipples Two alcoholic drinks —> Sore nipples

I had gyno surgery TWICE. First surgery removed all glandular tissue second revision surgery was to remove some scar tissue and to remove any remaining glandular tissue and that was 4 years ago. I still get sore nipples if I take anything hormonal. My Estrogen and Prolactin levels are always great! Never too high.

I tried: Tamoxifen- aromatase inhibitor) - doesn’t work Cabergoline (anti-prolactin) - no effect Letrozole - No effect.

I have currently no glandular tissue under my nipple and I am just disappointed that I can’t take most PEDs without being in pain. Any advice would be highly appreciated. My doctors never helped since my hormonal labs all came back great my whole and just tell me to avoid taking PEDs. This has been a pain I dealt with since puberty and now I am almost 30.
