Am I the biggest klutz here?

The first time I tried to use Ozempic, I midread the instructions on how to prime the pen, resulting in an entire dose flying through the air. For the 2nd dose I didn’t take off one of the plastic caps from the needle, resulting in a dose swimming down my thigh. Has anyone else had similar misadventures?
