Anyone else really hungry the first couple days after injection every week and then it 'kicks in' after?

I see so many people saying the effects of the medicine are less as time passes from injection day, but I think I've identified that for me I get most hungry the first couple of days after injection day, and then I get the appetite suppressant and lower food 'noise' effect after.

Wondering if it's just me!
