Results so far
Halfway through week 2. Definitely noticing less appetite and a bit of nausea. Nothing that is not manageable.
I eat super slow and stop the minute i start to feel full. I have to say my dogs are enjoying the extra eggs every morning that I cannot finish:).
Maybe a 3 or 4 lb weight loss at this point, my stomach seems smaller. I have been avoiding fried or processed foods trying to stay with grains, fruit and small amounts of chicken. I plan to pick up some protein drinks today to help with my protein intake. Activity wise, about 30 or 40 minutes of either hand weights or yoga.
