Having unbalanced games lately?

I started to specialize on tracer and just carried most games to the point where the average rank was plat. I was able to get up to plat 3 but then started to face harder matches naturally but I've noticed through the replays people have no idea what they were doing everyone was focusing a different hero. I was engaging when the tank was but the enemy team was able to focus me and I would either end up running away, trading or dueling both supports and just timing out through the entire team fight resulting in no heals to the enemy team. I've noticed a lot of diamond challengers all over but I'm stuck in plat 5-3 😵‍💫. No coms either too.

Edit: I did against a lot of diamond challengers name cards often meanwhile it felt like my teammates were around low silver levels no offense to the lower ranks
