Does anyone know what year this was?

It was my first time watching the Oscars as a kid. During the opening monologue, there was a guy appearing on a giant screen who said he was from the future. He came to stop the Oscars, presenting the headline “Worst Oscars ever” or something like that. Eventually, it became “Best Oscars Ever,” but there were more before it.

I think it was 2008 or 2009, but I can’t find any footage of it. If anyone knows what I’m talking about, can you please share a link and/or remind me what year it was? Thank you. 😊
