UofT vs UWaterloo vs UBC for Electrical Engineering

Hi! I'm a student from BC and I am looking for some advice as I am having trouble deciding which university to attend next year. I've received offers from UofT for EE with PEY Co-op, UWaterloo for EE with co-op and UBC to the Faculty of Applied Science.

UofT

Pros: PEY Co-op, campus is Downtown Toronto, multiculturism, higher ranked and more well-known internationally, easier access to a large job market; I'm unsure of whether I will be going to grad school after undergrad but UofT would prepare me for that better than Waterloo in the case where I do decide to pursue further education

Cons: Doesn't really have a campus feel, I've heard that the professors can be very hit or miss and class sizes tend to be quite large, PEY Co-op is only one experience, expensive tuition, course rigour

UWaterloo

Pros: Fantastic co-op program with many opportunities, high employment rates out of university, a variety of experiences, smaller class sizes, campus feel with a closer community, less busy than being in the big city

Cons: Expensive tuition, spending a lot of time during academic terms to secure co-op positions, competitiveness between students, worried that I might not fit in as well since I don't have much experience with STEM outside of school; the only campus which I have not visited so I'm not sure what to expect despite trying my best to get a feel for the campus through online tours, pictures, and Google Earth

UBC

Pros: Roughly half the cost of UofT and Waterloo, less rigorous (from my research) workload, campus has a strong sense of community and very close to nature, proximity to family, familiarity with the campus having visited multiple times, getting credit for IB exams

Cons: I would like to get a fresh start in university but UBC is a popular option for many people in my area, weaker co-op program, fewer opportunities on the west coast compared to the east coast

Generally, I enjoy being around nature but it is something that I am willing to sacrifice for university to experience the city life. UofT and Waterloo are currently the two schools which I am considering most due to being able to have more independence, however, the cost of UBC is much more attractive than the previous two schools. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
