I Need advice

So to make the story short…I’m 42 and she is 48. We had a fantastic first date. She even kissed me when we were leaving. We have tried several times since to do it a second time but it seems she is always busy with something else. She is very quick to reschedule and keeps in touch. Today was the fourth time this happened it’s been almost 4 weeks since the first date. What gives? Is she avoiding me? Why keep in touch? Is she just that busy you think? I feel like even if it went well it’s doomed like everything else I try.
