Deck prices

Hi guys im playing rn digimon tcg and the prices for a normal deck non meta is awesome, i can even win locals with my 70€ deck that isnt top tier S meta.

How is this game when we talk about the prices of the decks? MY budget is no more than 70-80€ , could i make something fun and playable to go to my shop and play without getting ultra rekt?

Also there is a lot more players than Digimon in general or just in my area?
