Can I "catch up" to the new servers?

I started the game on a server that's about 2 weeks behind the first servers. Is there any way to catch up and be part of the new servers when they drop?

I don't want to just abandon my server and miss out on rewards/content. But, I keep seeing all the new content and it's giving me major FOMO. My server is also not even at the phase where I can sign up for the new ones. So, I'm not sure how to join them...

TLDR: Is there a way to sign up and join the new servers on drop day even if my current server isn't at sign up phase yet?
