First out door walk

First time post op 13 week trimalleolar fracture and I went out a walk in my trainers and crutch Was a reasonable day in the U.K. and I went out the door , had an appointment and decided to walk to coffee shop so all in I’d say 30 min on pavement throughly enjoyed it all but oh my days My ankle has been stiff and swollen since tea time and on rest , but the first walk was a delight and I know others have said the same , whole process of emotions but I am Grateful tonight , sore tired swollen but greatful
