Can milk, yogurt or other high protein snacks replace post workout protein powder?
Why is protein POWDER so popular for post workout muscle repair over something like meat, beans or dairy?
Can greek yogurt be a substitute for protein powder?
I ask because Vitamin Shoppe is pretty willy nilly with stocking the protein powder I like and often times don't have it, so thinking of switching to yogurt or glass of milk post workout which has same amount of protein per serving...but then why is powder so popular?
