What are some ways Nigeria can fix itself?

Nigeria has been riddled with corruption, poverty and terrorism for years. Though fortunately it has been lowered down a little, corruption, poverty, inflation and of course electricity problems are still relevant throughout Nigeria.

I want to see ways that Nigeria could possibly repair itself and become the beacon Africans have been awaiting for. Though it may never happen I would like to see some ideas.
