Mood swings?

I got the implant on June 21st of this year and recently i’ve been experiencing mood swings more often and more severely. My doctor did say that I might have some spotting and that has been happening, would it effect this? I have noticed that I’ve been overly stressed lately so that may also be causing this to happen. I really hate to be so emotional and upset all of the time. Overall I’ve had a positive experience so it’s pretty annoying to have this start happening since I came off the pill for similar reasons. Just wondering if anyone has had the same problem and if it’s the implant itself causing them.
