4 month old bonked her head

I was playing with my baby on her playmat (on the carpeted floor) and we were doing baby-ups, gently pulling her arms to help her practice sitting up. She usually loves these, but I think she was getting sleepy and juuust starting to fuss. I pulled her up and was about to pick her up, so I let go of her hands and was switching to under her armpits. I don't even know how it happened, I feel like my hands never left her. She straightened her back and fell straight back onto the playmat, hitting her big ol head on the floor. I just spent the last 20 minutes crying with her. She wasn't really crying she was pretty much yelling. I think she got scared and then mad.

I'm so nervous and upset. She yelled until I laid her down, then she fell asleep. Her owlet is showing normal health readings, my husband isn't concerned, but I'm freaking out. Someone reassure me? Or if y'all think I should wake her up and take her to the hospital? Please share experience 🥲
