Crib naps

My little one is 5 months old. I'm at my wits end trying to get my son to take naps in his crib. He insists on contact napping and this is absolutely killing me. My body is sore from spending too much time in bed andy mental health is suffering. I don't get any time to myself, and I'm not as present as I would like to be during wake windows because I am trying to get housework done. I used to be able to get him to take a nap while wearing him but he decided that doesn't work for him anymore about 2 weeks ago. I've tried following wake windows, watching for sleep cues, routine, sound machine, music, black out curtains, staying in his room, leaving him alone, Ferber method, crying it out (I can only take it for 30 minutes max)... I'm at the point of looking into sleep consultants but they're sooo expensive 😭 but I am absolutely desperate to have my body back. Does anyone have any advice or success stories or experience with sleep consultants that they can share?
