Nighttime diaper change?

Are we un-swaddling to change diapers overnight? Or what do we do for overnight diapers? If I unswaddle & change it wakes him and it’s a whole process to put him back down again. If I don’t, it’s a huuuuge drenched diaper by morning, is there an answer here?
