My experience with a CES device

I've been using a ces (cranial electrotherapy stimulator) device for 10 days now called fisher wallace, primarily for my anxiety and insomnia, and I've been loving it. I feel calmer and more grounded in my body. If you are struggling with anxiety or insomnia I highly recommend you look into it. Mine from fisher wallace was $300, and you can easily find one in the $200-300 range (i don't recommend spending more than that). Zenofsleep also sells a ces device, but I haven't tried that one.

The next brain healing device I'll be buying is a vielight, which uses photobiomodulation to stimulate the mitochondria in your brain cells. I've used it once before at a clinic local to me, and man it was a brain workout! Its also unique in that it stimulates the underside of your brain as well, due to the intranasal applicator. After that investment im gonna get a muse+myndlyft. The "techforpsych" guy on YT only uses mendi and muse+myndlift in his brain healing clinic.

I feel so fortunate to live in a time where we have so many wonderful technologies to help heal our brains that are offered at customer prices.
