Anyone who is engaged in volunteering work/ngo/ingos?

How did you guys get to do volunteer work/ngos/ingos? I completed +2 and now i have free time. Btw i took a year gap and this year i also need to take cmat classes besides that I wanna engage myself in smth. Not desperate for money( wouldn't mind if they pay me tho...pay pani 5/6k matra vayeni hunxa). Where to search for those jobs??
