Who’s who on this ballot?

I’m trying to figure out who’s who and whats what on the sample Sarpy county ballot before election day. Is there any place that breaks down all these ballot measures and positions/people? I see some positions have only 1 name to vote for, but others have like 6 names and say choose 3. Having a hard time figuring out this whole thing. Any help would be appreciated.
