Is anyone else having this problem on xbox?

Basically when searching for a lobby and load in ur your not able to walk around in lobby because it's just loading the whole time then the game start instantly with out you even realizing because u was stuck in the loading screen and u have like 5 seconds to pick a spot to spawn??

I had no problem with this last season just started this season
