Give me some 90s deep cuts

At the moment I'm trying to research the 90's for a project that is set around that time, and music comes into play. Please give me some 90's deepcut bands or other wise that go beyond the wide spread bands like Nirvana. I love them but i want understand that time as a whole, so different bands and more unknown individuals would help a lot
