Fully English taught licence courses in Public university.

Salam , I am an International student studying in Morocco. Struggling to study with french medium. I am to change a fully English taught programme in any Establishment of Business or Science/ Technology in a public university. I know only "English language and literature" subject is taught in English but I don't wanna do that. So if anyone have a information or suggestions, please share. Laf dak .
