Long time Lurker, first time poster!

Hello everyone, this is my first monstera (first house plant, actually)

My partner picked her up from a grocery store (Morrisons) for £1.50 a little while back.

I don’t know what variant she is, I know nothing about her. Please feel free to enlighten me with any observations you have, good or bad.
