Recently repotted Monstera showing brown tips, reason to worry?

I’ve recently repotted this monstera which is semi-hydro in leca (was in leca before also), which in addition also had its top leaf cut off because of a breakage. During the repot it lost some roots because it was totally root bound and in the new pot the roots don’t t touch the water basin anymore.

Since the repot some new brown tips have appeared and seem to be getting bigger. A secondary thing I’m noticing is that something seems to be developing from where the cut was (pic 2), while the closest node also seems to be slowly developing. Lastly, aerial roots are also still developing.

Are the brown tips reason to worry? Or is the plant just in shock from all that happened for a bit?
