If i recharge from mobapay will i get double diamonds again?

I have recharged using appcoin wallet ( directly from the game, was redirected there. But they take VAT fees, which is thing that I don't have to pay since I'm in russia)

So i saw thos option, will i screw up by getting banned, will i receive just 500 diamonds or will it be double?
