Super Value Pass bug?

Did I misunderstand number 3 in the guide for the Super Value Pass?

I purchased this pass in-game using G-Cash(one of the recommended payment methods for PH from their site). I used a coupon from G-Cash to reduce the price for 5 pesos less when I purchased it.

Number 3 in the guide says purchase made to unlock Elite Rewards also count towards First Recharge Event, so I should've received additional 50 💎 after buying the P54.00 Super Value Pass, so why didn't I receive it?

Picture 2 shows that 50 💎 First Recharge is still available.
