Do you think previous generations work lies were actually slower when we were kids, or were we just young and ignorant?

I think one of the things that makes my work life so hectic, is that technology gas enabled it to be always with me.

Everything is moved to the cloud, and is always accessible

Given the amount of computing tools, artificial intelligence, but even things that have been around for decades like Microsoft Excel, have made what would be mundane tasks so efficient, but I have to imagine that in the days where data and numbers could not be so easily processed, the same processes would take hours if not days to do, but they would eventually be chill repetitive work.

I guess what I'm trying to say is is that I can't imagine our parents workplace being more stressful than ours because the technology is continually eating up all the easy stuff, and what's remaining is the stuff they haven't found efficiencies for, or the difficult stuff that causes stress
