Simple meta with scrotoplasty (fat & tissue filled), no UL, no v-nectomy

6 weeks today and the hole on the underside of the shaft has finally fully closed over. Still a bit sensitive (discomfort) in certain spots, and I'm still working up to more physical activity again. I'm hopeful everything will settle over time. I remind myself that things are still healing and how it takes time for things to become desensitised.

Erotic sensation seems generally intact, not that I've been able to assess that much yet. Tactile sensation is also good. So are erections.

It's summer here and I'm looking forward to being able to swim again soon. I'm impatient for the scars to soften. I finally got to have a completely regular shower again now that the hole has closed though, so that was fantastic.

There's still a bit of drier scabby skin on the head, but no wounds anymore.

I reckon I'll need a little revision on the left side (as seen on 3rd photo) eventually as the shaft is connected too far forward on the scotum, but that's okay.

It's been such a big journey through it all, and I've felt a bit overwhelmed having to focus on my penis so regularly to care for it, but even through all the post op emotions it just feels right. My body feels right.
