Just another dispensed story

After being accepted from dispensed, I received my first bit of flower. It all went smoothly and no problems at all. I have now order two more lots of MC (second month), after waiting for a few days. I message them to see what the hold up is. They confirmed that I’m under review. I was very confused by this, as I have taken every step to ensure I was accepted. After thinking about it, I realise it could be due to a general follow up appointment. They called a few weeks ago, to see how it was going (couple days after receiving my MC). On the phone, I said I couldn’t talk at the moment and we rescheduled for another day. Unfortunately, they never called back, no miss calls from the number nor private number. I expected this is the reason why I’m under medical review. Dispensed said the medical team will email me this afternoon to confirm further steps to resolve this. Has anyone experience this? Do you think this will be as simple as a follow up call from the medical team, then be signed off and business as usual? I have given a 24hour timeline to resolves this and would be expect a full return if not resolved. They agreed.
