Misfiring Ranger 3.0

This weekend I decided to do some much needed maintenance on my 2002 Ford Ranger that ended up backfiring. I replaced the spark plugs, wires, coil pack and even flushed out the entire coolant system. Now cylinders 5&6 are misfiring and I can’t seem to figure out why. I made sure everything was seated good and connected good both to the coil pack and plugs. I took out to inspect the spark plugs on 5&6 and this is what they look like. Cylinder 5 is all black now. Please help
