Need help with taking digitals!

Hello! There are tons of videos out there on how to take the pictures and what I do wear. I am more concerned about where I can find a nice blank wall with natural lighting. My house does not work due to lack of natural lighting. I’m trying to find somewhere out in city of Seattle where I can find an adequate spot to take my images. Also, I had dyed brown hair with grown out black roots, should I dye my hair back to black for the shoot? Thank you!
